03 — Housing Developers

Pre-development works include vegetation clearance, tree removal (with TPO and Conservation Area applications where required), invasive species treatment, earthworks and site preparation. We coordinate with project ecologists for protected species checks and nesting bird compliance, and can deliver works under ecological watching briefs.

During the build phase, we provide tree protection fencing to BS 5837, perimeter fencing and hoarding, and ongoing grounds maintenance to show homes, sales areas and public open space. Boundary fencing installation — close-board, post-and-rail, mesh panel and acoustic — is delivered to specification with warranty documentation.

Post-completion, we deliver grounds maintenance programmes for open space, play areas, SuDS features, attenuation basins and woodland buffer zones. We maintain sites through the defects period and support developers with adoption documentation for local authority handover.

Our reporting gives development managers visibility across multiple plots and phases, with photographic records, visit schedules and any maintenance issues flagged proactively. We understand the commercial pressures of housing delivery and programme our works to align with build sequences and sales timelines.
