Scheduled maintenance programmes cover grass cutting, hedge trimming, bed planting and maintenance, litter collection, leaf clearance and hard surface weed treatment. Specifications are agreed in advance with estate managers or managing agents, with visit frequency tailored to season and site requirements.

Winter gritting provides pre-treatment and reactive service for car parks, access roads, loading bays and pedestrian walkways. GPS-tracked vehicles record every attendance, with detailed reporting available to estate managers and insurers. Salt bin supply and replenishment is included.

Reactive works — storm damage clearance, emergency tree removal, fence repairs and ad-hoc landscaping — are attended within agreed timeframes. We hold a reactive works schedule with pre-agreed rates, allowing estate managers to instruct works without individual quotation delays.

We understand the importance of presentation on commercial sites. Our teams attend in branded uniform and leave sites clean and tidy after every visit. Before-and-after photography is provided as standard for audit and reporting purposes.
