Scheduled grounds maintenance includes grass cutting, hedge trimming, bed maintenance, litter collection, leaf clearance and hard surface weed treatment. Works are timed around the school calendar, with the majority of noisy or disruptive operations scheduled during holidays or outside teaching hours where practical.

Tree surveys and safety inspections are carried out to identify deadwood, structural defects and storm damage risk. We provide written reports with prioritised recommendations for remedial works. Crown reduction, deadwooding, removal and replanting are all delivered by NPTC-qualified arborists.

Perimeter fencing, gate replacement, bollard installation and playground fencing are supplied and installed to current standards. We coordinate with school facilities managers to minimise disruption, with works typically completed during holiday periods.

We hold current DBS certificates, maintain a Safeguarding Policy, carry full PPE and operate under site-specific RAMS for every school visit. Our operatives are briefed on school-specific protocols including signing in procedures, restricted areas and emergency contact arrangements.
